Engineering Support Team Lead at Tipalti

Ayelet Lahav's work experience began in 2010 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Data Analyst in the Intelligence Corps. Their responsibilities included data mining, information analysis, and cooperation with internal and external entities. Ayelet later became a Course Commander, where they constructed lesson plans and provided support to recruits.

In 2016, Ayelet joined One Hour Translation as a Customer Support representative. Ayelet handled support for private and business customers, managed translation projects, and detected technical errors. Ayelet was later promoted to Customer Support Shift Manager, where they prioritized cases, managed support representatives, and detected fraud attempts.

In 2017, Ayelet joined Glispa Global Group as a Tech Support Engineer, providing technical support. Ayelet then joined Tipalti in 2020 as a Technical Support Engineer before being promoted to Engineering Support Team Lead in July 2021.

Ayelet Lahav completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2016. Ayelet then pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Tel Aviv University from 2018 to 2020.
