Edy Carolina Arroyo, MBA has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Edy Carolina started their career in 2016 at PMG Intelligence, where they worked as a Marketing Researcher. In this role, they analyzed data, evaluated the effectiveness of services, and provided insights on consumer behavior to improve clients' products and services.

In 2019, Edy became the Owner and Sales Enablement Consultant at E.C. Communication. Here, they utilized their knowledge of psychology and storytelling to drive desired behaviors and enhance sales strategies.

During the same period, they also joined Conexiom as a Senior BDR Enterprise Team Lead. In this role, they demonstrated leadership skills by training and mentoring new team members, achieving monthly sales quotas, and sourcing valuable opportunities through outbound efforts.

In 2021, Edy joined PathFactory as an Account Executive. Edy Carolina first worked in the Mid-Market segment, focusing on data and software integration. Later, they transitioned to the Commercial segment, where they achieved significant success by generating over 400K in ARR through strategic targeting, compelling messaging, and ongoing discovery of prospects' needs.

In 2022, Edy joined Salesforce as an Account Executive in the Marketing Cloud division. Here, they developed a strong understanding of RTIM, CDP, and identity resolution products. Edy Carolina showcased their solution engineering and business consulting skills by designing use cases, answering technical inquiries, and translating technology into business value. Edy Carolina also created personalized materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to buyers.

Currently, Edy works at Tipalti as a Mid-Market Account Executive, starting in 2023.

Edy Carolina Arroyo, MBA ☁, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Edy Carolina pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Psychology with a minor in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University as well. In addition to their academic qualifications, Edy has obtained several certifications. Edy Carolina completed the Content Intelligence Foundations certification from PathFactory in October 2021. Furthermore, they attained the Senior Account Executive certification from Sales Assembly in October 2021 and the Account Executive certification from the same institution in May 2021.
