Lasha Lagoshvili

Lasha Lagoshvili began their work experience as a Customer Service Team Lead at MagtiCom-არგვიკი in September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the team's daily activities, including training, coaching, and performance reviews. Lasha also monitored team performance and provided assistance when needed. Lasha then transitioned to WeCraft in January 2021, where they worked as a QA Engineer Manual/Automation. In this role, they created and executed manual and automated test cases, identified and reported defects, and collaborated with developers and product managers to ensure product quality. Lasha utilized testing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, programming languages such as JS and TypeScript, and testing tools like JIRA and TestRail. In February 2022, Lasha moved on to Andersen Lab as a QA Automation Engineer.
