Laura Wheatley

Laura Wheatley has extensive work experience in sales training and enablement roles. Laura is currently the Director of Sales Training & Enablement at Tipalti since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Enablement Director at Quantum from March 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director Global Sales Enablement at Docker, Inc from August 2018 to March 2020. Laura also has experience in sales enablement and effectiveness at Rubrik, Inc from September 2017 to January 2018. Laura has a background in learning and onboarding, having served as the Director of Learning and Onboarding at Digital Realty from March 2014 to July 2017. Before that, they held managerial positions in global enablement at Infor and Verio. Laura also has experience in training, product development, and sales operations at Breakthrough Management Group. Laura began their career as an Account Manager at Ecrix / Exabyte and later worked as a Sales Trainer & Call Center Manager at JEMCO Marketing.

Laura Wheatley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. Laura also pursued studies in education at Northeastern State University, with a major in Education and minors in Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. Laura has also obtained certifications in Managing Learning Programs from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Project+ from CompTIA.
