Madelaine Sanginesi

Madelaine Sanginesi's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Madelaine started working at Summerhill Group in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager and stayed until 2017. Then, they joined ADP in 2017 and held multiple positions, including District Manager for Small Business and Senior District Manager for Small Business. Madelaine'stenure at ADP lasted until 2022, during which they served as a District Manager for Major Accounts in both the Mid-Market and Upmarket segments. Currently, Madelaine is working at Tipalti as an Enterprise Account Executive, a role they started in April 2022.

Madelaine Sanginesi has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Ryerson University, where they double majored in Human Resources and Marketing. Madelaine also attended IÉSEG School of Management, where they studied International Business.

In addition to their academic education, Madelaine also obtained several certifications. Madelaine became a Dove Self-Esteem Facilitator through Unilever in June 2013. In June 2012, they obtained the High Five: Principles of Healthy Child Development certification from Parks and Recreation Ontario. Furthermore, Madelaine is Level 1 Certified in Artistic Gymnastics, which they achieved through Gymnastics Canada gymnastique in 2010.
