Molly Siegel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Molly is currently working at Tipalti as the Principal Education and Enablement Manager since July 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions of increasing responsibility at Tipalti, including Senior Education and Enablement Manager from July 2022 to July 2023, and Education and Enablement Manager from March 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining Tipalti, Molly worked at Entelo as the Senior Customer Education and Engagement Manager from May 2020 to March 2021. Molly also served as the Belong Chair for the DEI Resource Group from September 2018 to March 2021. In these roles, Molly developed education and onboarding strategies, built learning tracks and certification courses, created on-demand training materials, collaborated with global L&D leaders, and conducted customer workshops.
Prior to their time at Entelo, Molly worked at GLIDEsf as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships from October 2017 to 2018. Molly also held the role of Development Associate and was later promoted to Coordinator from October 2016 to November 2017. In these positions, Molly cultivated donor relationships, managed professional development for the team, and served as a liaison to various departments.
Molly's earlier experiences include an internship at Revolutions Per Minute in 2015 and a supervisory role at Anthropologie from October 2012 to January 2015. Molly also served as the Co-President of the Vox Student Association at SFSU from 2005 to 2007 and as the Chief Editor at SFSU during the same period.
Molly Siegel has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California. Molly also holds a BA in Political Science from San Francisco State University. In addition to their degrees, Molly has obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell in February 2020.
