Nika Talakhadze

Nika Talakhadze is an experienced professional in the debt collection field, currently serving as the Head of the Collection Department at PASHA Bank in Georgia since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading soft and hard collection units and managing repossessed assets. Prior to this role, Nika held various positions at TBC Bank and 4finance, including Senior Negotiate Manager of External Debt Collections Agencies and External Agency Manager, focusing on monitoring performance and improving results of debt collector agencies. Nika's career began with roles in debt collection team leadership and customer care, alongside early experience in sales and marketing research. Nika holds an MBA and a BBA from Ilia State University.
