Shishir Verma

Shishir Verma has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shishir is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Tipalti since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Risk and Payments at Tipalti from March 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining Tipalti, Shishir worked at Square, where they held multiple roles. Shishir served as the Risk Operations Manager for Fraud Ops from September 2016 to February 2019. Earlier, they worked as the Risk Operations Manager for Disputes and Chargebacks from November 2015 to August 2016.

Prior to Square, Shishir gained valuable experience at Fiserv as a Fraud Analytics Manager from February 2011 to October 2015. Shishir also worked at Cashedge Inc. as the Manager of Customer Care from June 2005 to January 2011.

In the early stages of their career, Shishir worked at Agilent Technologies as a Finance Coordinator from April 2004 to June 2005, and at GE Capital as a Sr. Process Associate from September 2000 to April 2004.

Throughout their career, Shishir Verma has demonstrated expertise in operations management, risk and payments, fraud analytics, and customer care.

Shishir Verma completed an Executive Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. Prior to that, they attended Delhi University from 1997 to 2000. During the same period, they also pursued a GNIIT degree in Information Technology at NIIT.
