Vandana Aggarwal Ms

Vandana Aggarwal, MS, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of work experience, with their current role as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tipalti since March 2022. In this position, they are responsible for driving strategic people and growth initiatives with a focus on scalability, particularly in the Marketing, Operations, and Compliance departments. Vandana also collaborates with cross-functional colleagues in HR to develop new programs and implement improvements.

Prior to their current role, Vandana worked as an HR Manager at UniFocus from June 2021 to March 2022. From March 2017 to June 2021, Vandana served as an HR Manager/Business Partner at InfoVision, Inc. In this role, they partnered with management in administering the company's performance management process and maintaining and analyzing HR data, including immigration and compliance with legal requirements.

Vandana also gained experience as an HR Generalist (Part-time) at Motus IT from January 2017 to March 2017, where they performed various HR tasks. Before that, they worked at Ericsson as a Global Recruiting & Mobility Associate from February 2015 to December 2016. In this position, they managed the complete recruiting life-cycle, supported middle and senior management hiring, and led the onboarding and assimilation process for cross-border hires.

Vandana started their career as an MS Intern at McKinney Corp. from September 2004 to May 2005. Vandana also worked as an HR Manager at Charter Global, Inc. from July 2001 to January 2002. Vandana's earliest work experience was as an Accountant Trainee at J.S.Kochar & Associates from July 1998 to June 2001.

Vandana Aggarwal has a diverse educational background. Vandana obtained a Master's degree in Organization, Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations Management from YWCA of New Delhi in 2001. Their undergraduate education was at Delhi University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Honors) degree in Accounting and Business/Management in 2000. Vandana Aggarwal completed their school education at St. Francis De Sales School from 1983 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in May 2021.
