Toby Pawlaczyk

Toby Pawlaczyk has a diverse work experience in various industries. Toby began their career at Wal-Mart Stores as an Assistant Manager, where they demonstrated strong merchandising and customer service skills. Toby then joined Wholesale Radiator as a Branch Manager, taking responsibility for the branch's P&L, hiring, coaching, and merchandising. Toby's next role was at Auto Body Panels, where they served as a Purchasing Manager for nearly a decade. Toby then moved to LKQ Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where they worked as a Product Manager, overseeing the development of aftermarket accessory product lines and global procurement. Toby continued to excel in the e-commerce field, working as a Director of E-Commerce at Tire Discounters, where they focused on sales strategies for various platforms. Later, Toby became the Sr Director of E-Commerce & Product Management, leading the strategy for building an online automotive accessory business. Currently, they serve as the Divisional Vice President - Performance Discounters at Tire Discounters, executing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and innovation.

Toby Pawlaczyk attended WSCC from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an AAS degree in Automotive Business.
