Cathy Pelletier, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations spanning over three decades. Cathy'scurrent role is as the Senior Director of HR Operations (Total Rewards) and Technology at BioTissue since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR Operations at Mass General Brigham from October 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of HR Operations and Compliance at Partners HealthCare from April 2018 to October 2020. Additionally, Cathy has held various managerial positions at Retail Business Services, Delhaize America, Martin's Point Health Care, Maine Medical Center, and Barber Foods throughout their career. Cathy'sexpertise lies in HRIS, employee services, compliance, and technology.

Cathy Pelletier, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Studies with a concentration in HR from Southern New Hampshire University. Cathy also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from the University of Southern Maine. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cathy has obtained professional certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Using AI 4 HR: Certified from Future Workplace in 2018.
