Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding pricing and product information.
- Develop proficiency in all industry product knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Procurement.
- Prepare and review proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs.
- Analyze RFQs and technical drawings to create accurate proposals.
- Monitor competitor activity to drive sales success.
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with sales processes and CRM tools.
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and requested services.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company in a positive manner.
- Process customer sales orders and payments efficiently.
- Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate orders and shipments with yard personnel.
- Arrange local material deliveries with freight carriers.
- Receive incoming inventory and custom order shipments.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pricing and product information.
- Perform data entry and serve as an administrative liaison with head office.
- Manage and purchase office MRO supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and conduct light office cleaning.
- Learn product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement team.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Additional consideration will be given to a candidate that has knowledge of construction products in a similar role.
- Previous experiences in sales or customer service are considered an asset

- This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)
