Steve Weliver has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve is currently the Director of Operations at Titan Fittings, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to their civilian career, they served in the United States Army as a Special Forces Officer, leading teams and overseeing various operational projects.

Steve Weliver holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, which they obtained in 2010. Steve completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Purdue University between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, Steve earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. In addition to these degrees, Steve has obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Learners Ink in 2022, Lean Inventory Management and Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, and OSHA 30 from Osha Outreach Courses in 2019.
