Fábio Domingues has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Fábio started their career at Unisys in 1996, where they held various roles such as Field Service Specialist, Field Service Supervisor, and Service Desk Supervisor. In 2007, they joined TIVIT as a Service Desk Supervisor and later held positions as Support Manager, eBusiness Operations Manager, and Senior IT Executive. Currently, Fábio serves as the Director of IT Operations at TIVIT, where they lead over 1000 employees and is responsible for various key areas like Digital Transformation, Modern Workplace tower, P&L Management, Budget Adherence, NPS, and Transformation of Services. Fábio is focused on introducing digital services to enhance customer value and simplify people's lives.

Fábio Domingues has a background in education that includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Systems Analysis from Estácio, completed in 2004. Fábio furthered their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from 2015 to 2017.
