Marcos Cicero

Marcos Cicero is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with nearly 18 years of expertise in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) and security engineering. Currently serving as Deputy Team Lead and Principal Security Engineer at TJDFT, Marcos focuses on malware analysis and security breach evaluations. As a Graduate Visiting Professor at CESAR School and Senior Lecturer at Escola Superior De Redes, Marcos actively contributes to education in computer forensics and information security. Marcos is also the founder of DC5561, coordinating community-driven cybersecurity initiatives, and has held various influential roles in academia, security consulting, and research, including leading cybersecurity efforts at Tempest Security Intelligence and BEES Bank Brasil. With advanced degrees in Computer Security and Telecommunications, Marcos combines academic insight with practical experience in tackling complex cybersecurity challenges.
