Joe Fiorello

Joe Fiorello is an experienced customer experience leader who has held various leadership positions in the call center operations industry. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of International Call Center Operations at TLCx, where Joe is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Business Consultant at Fiorello and as a Client Relation Senior Leader at Liveops, Inc. where Joe successfully managed a team of WFM associates and exceeded client metrics.
