Iain Chapman

Iain Chapman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at TLT LLP since October 2023. Prior to this role, Iain spent 17 years at Aon, where positions included Inclusion and Community Manager and Community and Diversity Coordinator, earning two Aon Community Awards in recognition of charity work. Iain's earlier experience includes nearly a decade as an Associate Consultant, managing corporate client relationships and pension schemes, and serving as Sales Support Manager at AEGON Scottish Equitable from 1997 to 2004, overseeing a team to ensure smooth office operations. Iain completed education at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School in Aylesbury.
