John Minahan

John Minahan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mindful Health Solutions since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers from July 2020 to January 2022.

From June 2018 to December 2021, John held the role of Chief Executive Officer at RiverMend Health. During their tenure, they successfully oversaw the exit of all Rivermend's behavior health businesses and managed various residential and substance abuse facilities.

Before joining RiverMend Health, John worked at Stray Dot Analytics Employee Fraud Detection as a Board Member from April 2016 to November 2021. John also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Extremity Healthcare Incorporated from July 2015 to June 2018, where they were responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, M&A, IT, and revenue cycle management.

Prior to that, John was the Chief Financial Officer at Core ID Services / SA IT Services from October 2013 to July 2015. John played a significant role in managing the financial aspects of the IT services company.

In addition, John Minahan founded and served as the CFO of Working Media Group from October 2005 to September 2013. Under their leadership, the company achieved significant growth and recognition.

John's earlier work experience includes roles at MAPICS as the Director of International Financial Operations from August 2001 to September 2005. John played a key role in the successful exit of MAPICS to Infor Global Solutions. Before that, they worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP from January 2001 to August 2001.

Furthermore, John Minahan worked as a Senior Tax & Audit Manager at Rödl & Partner USA from February 1997 to January 2001. John oversaw international manufacturing clients, implemented tax strategies, and provided expertise in foreign GAAP compliance.

Furthermore, John Minahan has received additional certifications such as the Small Keel Sailing Certification from the American Sailing Association in June 1998 and the Black Belt in Taekwondo from the ATA American Taekwondo Association in 1993. John also obtained the Scuba Diving certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) in August 1991.
