Rachael Caldwell

Rachael Caldwell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Rachael currently holds the position of Executive Director, Finance Lead at Tmunity Therapeutics Incorporated, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from February 2021 to January 2022 and as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from May 2019 to February 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Tmunity Therapeutics Incorporated, Rachael worked at Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2017 to April 2019, where they held the role of Director of Revenue and Financial Planning and Analysis. In this position, they led Gross-to-Net short-term and long-term forecasting and provided direct support to the VP of Market Access and the Commercial leadership team.

Rachael also gained valuable experience at Merck, where they held various roles from 2006 to 2017. Rachael served as the Associate Finance Director for Merck Manufacturing from September 2015 to May 2017, overseeing P&L planning and reporting for Global Science, Technology & Commercialization. Additionally, they served as an Associate Finance Director for US Revenue Forecasting from April 2011 to June 2012, where they managed TRx and revenue forecasting for Merck's Respiratory Portfolio.

Rachael's earlier experiences include an internship as a Marketing MBA Intern at Spenco Medical Corporation from September 2004 to December 2005, and a role as a Business and Planning Analyst at Boeing from 2003 to 2004. Rachael began their professional career as an Associate Auditor at Travis County Auditor's Office in 2002. Rachael also held a previous position at Boeing as a Business and Planning Analyst from 2001 to 2002.

Rachael Caldwell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Widener University, from 1997 to 2001. Afterward, they pursued further studies and successfully obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Baylor University, from 2004 to 2005.
