Rebecca Henriksson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at TNG since October 2016, Rebecca oversees the development of new and existing client relationships, offers advisory services, and ensures the quality and success of project deliveries. Previously held roles include Product Owner for TNG Evolve and Account Manager at TNG, focusing on customer collaboration and project management. Prior to TNG, Rebecca worked as a Consultant Manager at StudentConsulting, managing a team of approximately 70 consultants, and gained valuable customer service experience in various receptionist roles across notable hotels. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Managing People, Knowledge and Change, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Equality and Diversity Management from Lund University.
