Ann Colby-Cummings

Ann Colby-Cummings is the current Chief Talent Officer at TNG. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior Human Resources Partner at The O'Connor Group from September 2017 to May 2019. In their previous role, they worked closely with clients from the C-suite to front line staff, applying their extensive business background and skills in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Communications to help clients identify areas requiring action and performance improvement opportunities. Ann also developed recommendations and action plans, as well as implemented approved initiatives. Some examples of successful interventions they led include identifying process improvement opportunities, coaching managers to address entrenched employee performance issues, enhancing leadership team focus and clarity, and building middle manager capabilities. Ann also reviewed and revised firm Human Resources policies to enhance firm risk management.

Ann Colby-Cummings has a MBA in Management from Bentley University and a BA in Political Science and English from Rutgers University.
