Jos Sanders

Jos Sanders serves as a Lector in Human Capital Innovations at the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen since February 2018. Additionally, Jos holds the position of Senior Research Scientist at TNO, a role commenced in July 2019, and previously occupied a similar position at TNO from 2004 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR advisor at Maastricht University's Faculty of Health Sciences from 1998 to 2004. Jos Sanders attained a Doctorate from Maastricht University in 2016, focusing on the employability of low-skilled workers, and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Studies from Tilburg University. Jos's academic journey also includes studies in Sociology at Tilburg University.
