Selma Čaušević is currently a Scientist Integrator in Digitalization & Energy Transition at TNO, a position held since January 2020. From March 2015 to July 2023, Selma pursued a PhD at the Technische Universiteit Delft, focusing on enhancing the resilience of power systems through local energy resources and decentralized energy sharing mechanisms. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Developer at MIBO Komunikacije from May 2011 to February 2015 and as a Teaching Assistant at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology from October 2008 to January 2014. Selma holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Smart Energy from Delft University of Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology.
