Andrea Lewis

Andrea Lewis, M.Ed., currently serves as a Consulting Effectiveness Coach and Collaborative Learning Facilitator at TNTP since August 2021. With a diverse background in education, Andrea previously held roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools as a 5th-8th Grade ELAR Interventionist, Dyslexia Teacher, and Founding Fourth Grade ELA Teacher, among other positions. Andrea’s experience includes significant accomplishments in student literacy achievement, classroom management, and community engagement across multiple educational settings. Prior to KIPP Texas, Andrea worked with Klein ISD and KIPP Houston, contributing to student growth in reading and ELA, and participated in leadership development programs. Andrea’s earlier roles include service as an Americorps Member with City Year and various positions in youth sports and afterschool programs, showcasing a commitment to academic and personal development for students. Andrea holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
