Francis Zhuang

Francis Zhuang has worked for three companies over the course of their career. Francis began their career at ADLINK Technology in 2014 as a Component Engineer. In 2016, they joined EMQ Inc. as a T2 Operation Manager, where they were able to reduce 90% effort of reviewing internal User role and Partner threshold quarterly by a Python script, automate company financial reports by Python, saving 87% processing time, lead ZenDesk integration and build up the workflow from scratch, and develop and maintain features in ZenDesk by Liquid language. Francis also worked as a Software Engineer, where they received and interpreted product owner specifications, retrieved relevant partner information to improve compliance workflow on Erlang, and created test cases for new feature development. Francis also served as Operations Team Lead, where they supervised 5 Operation Specialists in all responsibilities and provided input for performance evaluations, as well as disciplinary actions when needed. Francis Zhuang is currently employed at TOGGLE as a Junior AI Developer.

Francis Zhuang obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ming Chi University of Technology between 2012 and 2017. Francis also holds certifications from Cisco as a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and from the Skill Evaluation Center of Workforce Development Agency as a Level C technician for interior wiring work.
