Chay Creighton

Chay Creighton has diverse work experience, starting as a Lead Interior Designer at Aplusi Asia Pte Ltd in 2005. Chay later joined recruitment agency Connected Group in 2007 before moving on to Morgan Mckinley as a Consultant in Banking IT in 2009. Chay then worked at Greythorn, an IT-only recruitment agency, as a Senior Consultant in Banking and Financial Services IT before moving to Aster Lion, a boutique recruitment agency, as a Principal Consultant in Technology Recruitment. Chay then founded New Step Search, an Executive Search firm for technology-related requirements in SaaS and end-user start-ups in the APAC region. Most recently, they founded The Gym Shack in 2021, where they acted as the Founder and Managing Director and researched and sold home gym equipment online in Ireland. Chay currently works as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Toku- an Asia Pacific-based cloud communications provider helping businesses streamline their communication services.

Chay Creighton graduated from De Montfort University in 2005 with a BA (hons) 2:1 in Interior Architecture and Design. Additionally, Creighton has obtained various certifications including a ChatGPT Complete Course and Complete Guide from Udemy in April 2023, a Manager's Toolkit from Coursera in April 2020, and What Great Leaders Do from Alison - Free Online Learning in March 2020.
