Lacey Arseneau

Lacey Arseneau has over a decade of work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Lacey began their career in 2008 as a Corporate Recruiter, PRC, Human Resources Assistant, and Child Care Manager at California Family Fitness. In 2017, they moved on to Launch Consulting Group as an Account Executive. In 2018, they joined Alluma as a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. In 2021, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Uniform Teeth, where they are responsible for delivering high quality orthodontic care at the best price. Most recently, in 2022, they accepted a role as Senior Recruiting Consultant at Creator.

Lacey Arseneau obtained an Associate's degree from American River College in 2009. Lacey also holds certifications from AIRS (AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification, obtained in December 2013), Traliant (Diversity, Inclusion & Sensitivity), and Cornell SC Johnson College of Business (Women in Leadership).
