Rajesh Gopinathan

Rajesh Gopinathan began their career in 1994 as an Application Developer at Aeronautical Development Agency. In 1997, they moved to Singapore Telecommunication Ltd as a Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for analysing and developing billing systems for in-house SingTel users. In 2001, they joined Sonera Zed Singapore as a Customer Care and Billing-Support Specialist, where they were responsible for the integration, maintenance and administration of Zed's application and Billing platforms for the APAC region. In 2006, they were Lead Support Engineer at mBlox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, and later became Production Support Manager - APAC. In 2014, they moved to myHealth Sentinel (mHS) as Project Manager & Operations Manager, and in 2018 they became Head Of Operations at Toku World.

Rajesh Gopinathan has an extensive educational background. Rajesh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Bangalore University between 1989 and 1993. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Roehampton. Rajesh has also obtained several certifications, including ITIL Intermediate - Operational Support and Analysis from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2016, Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2013, ITIL v3 Foundation in February 2012, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in June 2010, and The Bullet Proof Manager Leadership Training Series from Crestcom International in March 2012.
