Sarra Zouaghi

Sarra Zouaghi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarra is currently working at TokyWoky as the Head of Products since November 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as a Product Manager at TokyWoky from May 2020 to February 2023.

Before joining TokyWoky, Sarra worked at RATP, where they held several positions. From October 2017 to May 2020, they were the Head of Product Management, responsible for digital services for travelers. Sarra led a team of 20 individuals and focused on developing digital applications, websites, and chatbots. Sarra also implemented agile processes and introduced new services.

From July 2015 to October 2017, Sarra worked as a Product Owner and was in charge of the RATP and monRER A applications. Sarra led the design and management of digital products and services for customers, and also facilitated collaborative work through the use of design thinking.

Sarra's work experience at RATP began as a Chargée d'études design from February 2012 to July 2015. In this role, they managed projects and implemented innovative design approaches for various products, such as information kiosks, platform facades, and train interiors.

Prior to their time at RATP, Sarra worked as an independent Engineer Designer at szouaghi.fr from April 2011 to February 2012. Sarra focused on website development using WordPress and participated in a product design competition for Fly. Sarra also launched a participative platform for selling original creations called yabooms.

During their studies, Sarra had an internship as an Assistant Designer at Diedre Design from September 2010 to February 2011. Sarra worked on various design projects, including graphic design, packaging, sketching, and 3D modeling.

Sarra's professional journey also includes a seasonal and occasional position as an Administrative Assistant and Mission Officer at the Office Français de prévention du Tabagisme. During this time, they created a website design and code for the organization.

In September 2008, Sarra had a brief role as an Assistant Engineer at The System Group LLC, which lasted until February 2009.

Sarra Zouaghi pursued their education in the field of design and engineering. Sarra started their academic journey in 2005 and completed it in 2010 at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) where they obtained a degree as an Engineer in Design Industriel. During their studies, they specialized in mechanical design. In 2010, Sarra also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Twente, focusing on industrial design.

In addition to their formal education, Sarra Zouaghi has obtained a certification in "Bilan de compétence Startup" from the Ignition Program in January 2020.
