Andi Kim

Andi Kim has extensive experience in logistics, customer service, and operations support within various industries. Currently serving as an Import Freight Forwarder at Toll Group since May 2022, Andi focuses on Los Angeles (LAX) imports. Previous roles include Operations Support Analyst at Cuckoo Electronics America, where Andi coordinated between suppliers and consumers, and Global Intelligence Analyst at True Source Products, managing order processing and vehicle maintenance. Additional experience as a Logistics Specialist involved developing SOPs for freight management and negotiating contracts. Andi's career also includes a dispatcher role at OT Trucklines and customer service experience at Kerckhoff Coffee House, recognized for exceptional performance. Andi holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from UCLA and received the President's Award for volunteer work in 2006.
