Bill Harris

Director of Emergency Medicine at Tomahawk Strategic Solutions

William Harris retired from the US military in 2010 after 21 years of service. As an Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC), Mr. Harris conducted numerous deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and other worldwide contingencies.

Mr. Harris has trained military members, law enforcement officers, fire fighters, federal agents, and other government agency personnel in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), and Active Shooter Tactical Response. Additionally, Mr. Harris has developed into an industry subject matter expert in tactical casualty care, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) and cofounded the nonprofit First CARE Provider, which helps teach everyday citizens how to save lives in an emergency.

Mr. Harris is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and he and his family reside in Charles Town, West Virginia.
