Kim Rodgers

Kim Rodgers is the current VP, Head of People at Tomo. Prior to this, they were with Knotel from September 2020 to December 2020, leading their People function globally as the VP, Global Head of People. Before that, they were the Senior Director, Global People Operations for Knotel from April 2019 to August 2020. Rodgers began their career with Jet in June 2017 as the Director, HRBP - Retail eCommerce and moved to Walmart eCommerce in the same role before joining Merck as the Director, HRBP - Global HR for HR in January 2017. Kim was promoted to Associate Director, HRBP - Japan, China, and Asia Pacific Oncology in December 2015 and then to Associate Director, HRBP - Emerging Markets in January 2014.

Kim Rodgers has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Villanova University, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.

They work with Tad Hensley - SVP, Mortgage, Chris Lowe - VP, Business Development, and Dan Koch - CTO. Kim Rodgers reports to Greg Schwartz, Co-Founder & CEO.
