Ellen Protsyk has extensive experience in recruitment and people operations, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. Currently, Ellen is involved in recruiting at Tomorrow Health since January 2024. Prior to this, Ellen served as Senior Manager of People Programs at Paper, Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting at Warby Parker, and Senior Manager of People Operations and Recruiting at Animoto. Additionally, experience includes roles as Senior Technical Recruiter at Uber and Lead Technical Recruiter at Wipro Digital, among others. Ellen's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and two degrees from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, including a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
