Jesse first began their career in tech as a Technical Support Engineer, where they helped customers troubleshoot software issues. After a few years in technical support, Jesse transitioned into product management.

In their role as a Product Manager, Jesse has been responsible for developing and managing new products from conception to launch. Jesse has also overseen product teams and worked with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products are successful. Jesse's experience in product management has given him a deep understanding of how to create and execute a product vision.

Jesse is passionate about using technology to improve the way we live and work. In their current role as a Customer Success Specialist, they are responsible for helping Tonic.ai customers get the most out of their products. Jesse is committed to helping Tonic.ai customers achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Jesse Irvin has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Jesse Irvin reports to Karl Hanson, Co-Founder & COO. They are on a team with Omed Habib - VP, Marketing, Ruby Hoose - Head of People & Talent, and Carol Duong - Executive Assistant & Operations Manager.
