Ana Margarida Silva has a wealth of experience in product management and design. Ana Margarida began their career in 2008 as a Trainee Designer at VIDRIERA DEL CARDONER SA, where they were responsible for product development and the development of new patterns and motives using different available techniques. In 2009, they took on a Trainee Designer role at A17. In 2010, they joined Farfetch as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for the launch of the 1st version of Shop the Look, a data-driven dynamic size guide, and other features. Ana Margarida also ran AB testing experience and kickstarted the Size and Fit problem. In 2012, they founded Xperimental Shoes, a footwear brand, where they were responsible for communication with retailers, online customer experience, order fulfillment processes, and national and international brand communication. In 2018, they joined FOURSOURCE as a Senior Product Manager, where they coordinated the strategy to start charging users, made an impact on main features, contributed to the business strategy, and started the Product team. In 2019, they became the Head of Product at EatTasty, where they improved the customer journey and experience, defined customer journey related metrics, and contributed to the improvement of the delivery boy experience. Finally, in 2021, they joined Tonic App as the Head of Product, where they are responsible for the definition of a 3 to 6 months product roadmap, partnering with content/medical and sales teams, and coordinating design meetings and design decisions with internal departments and teams.

Ana Margarida Silva obtained a degree in Design do Produto from Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo between 2005 and 2008. In February 2014, they were awarded a CSPO certification from the Scrum Alliance.
