Joanna Reszewska has a diverse background in human resources and people management. Joanna began their career as an HR Trainee at Unit4 in 2015. Joanna then joined Tooploox in 2016, starting as a Junior Office Manager and quickly advancing to the role of Culture and People Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination. Most recently, Joanna became the Head of People at Tooploox, leading a team of experts in the Culture&People Circle. Their main responsibilities include recruitment and overseeing the overall people strategy of the company.
Joanna Reszewska obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS between 2015 and 2021.
