Karen Richards

Karen Richards, CBA, currently serves as the Manager of Credit and AR Integrations at TopBuild since May 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of National Credit Manager at TruTeam from 2017 to May 2023. Karen's extensive experience in credit management began at Masco Contractor Services, where the role of Regional Credit Manager was held from October 1992 to November 2007. Following that, Karen was Credit Manager at Braxton-Bragg, LLC from March 2008 to October 2017. Karen Richards is an alumnus of Pellissippi State Community College.
