Clint Johnson

Clint Johnson has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Clint currently works as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Topco Associates LLC, where they are responsible for developing and leading the One Topco Supply Chain. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Vice President of Center Store Operations, Master Data, and Packaging Solutions, and Vice President of Center Store Operations at the same company.

Before joining Topco Associates LLC, Clint worked at the University of Arkansas, where they served as the Director of the McMillon Innovation Studio. During their time there, they collaborated with technology incubators, venture capital leaders, and Walmart Labs to identify future needs in retail and supply chain. Clint also created sponsored Innovation Competitions for students.

Clint's previous experience includes holding the position of Principal at Precision Retail Solutions LLC and various roles at Walmart. At Walmart, they served as the Sr. Director of Merchandise Innovations, Sr. Dir Multi Channel Innovations, Sr. Director of Supply Chain Innovation, and Director of Replenishment. Clint was involved in driving improvements in modular integrity, store inventory, and order variability with suppliers, as well as implementing integrated business planning processes.

Earlier in their career, Clint worked as the Director of Supply Chain at Pactiv, where they developed a customer-centric, lean supply chain team to support Walmart. Clint also worked at KIK Custom Products as the Wal-Mart Team Leader, overseeing sales to Walmart and managing customer supply chain operations.

Clint's career began at Wal-Mart, where they served as a Business Analyst for ISD Replenishment Retail Link, Business Development Manager for Produce and Floral Replenishment, Replenishment Manager for Household Chemicals, and Assistant Store Manager. Clint gained experience in systems analysis, project management, replenishment strategies, and inventory control.

Clint Johnson holds a Master's Degree in International Agricultural Economics & Marketing, obtained from the University of Arkansas in the years 1998 to 2000. Clint also participated in a study abroad program for the same degree at the University of Aberdeen in 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Clint earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business with a Pre-Law Option from the University of Arkansas, completing their studies from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Clint obtained certifications in Design Thinking from IDEO U in 2017.
