Laila van Kralingen

Laila van Kralingen is a Talent Lead at TOPdesk, with previous experience as a Customer Success Manager in the Industrie & Retail sector. Prior to that, Laila worked as an Operations Specialist A at Politie and as a Detective in training during their Master of Criminal Investigation course. Laila also has experience as a Sales Representative at TOPdesk and has interned at the Netherlands Police Agency. Laila holds a Master of Science in Investigative Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master of Criminal Investigation from Politieacademie. Additionally, Laila has served as a guest lecturer at Leiden University.
