Pete Hanley has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Pete started their career at Comet in 2002 as a Sales Supervisor and progressed to roles such as Sales Manager and Store Manager. During their time at Comet, Pete demonstrated strong leadership skills and a natural ability to engage and inspire colleagues, resulting in improved performance, standards, and customer experience. In 2013, they joined Topps Tiles as a Store Manager and gradually advanced to become the Head of Central Operations. Pete's current role involves overseeing the central operations of the company, demonstrating their ability to handle higher-level responsibilities.

Pete Hanley attended Harlington Upper School from 1994 to 1999. Pete then pursued a degree in Business Enterprise from the University of Bedfordshire, graduating in 2002.
