Mosope Owasanoye has had a varied and extensive work experience since 2017. Mosope began their career as a Transport Administrator at DHL Supply Chain in 2017, followed by a role as a Data Entry Clerk at Brand Momentum in 2018. Mosope then worked as a Property Administrator at 25 The Esplanade Management Company Limited, as well as an Order Fulfillment Assistant at LG Electronics. In the same year, they also held the role of Administrator Shipper at IPEX Group of Companies. In 2019, they were a Customer Experience Partner at Euler Hermes, followed by a Reinsurance Analyst role at Allianz Nigeria Insurance plc in 2020. Since then, they have held multiple roles at Chaka.com, including People Operations Executive, Business Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant. Mosope currently holds the role of Head of Operations and Customer Support at Topship (YC W22), as well as Business Operations Coordinator at FLEXINTONS LTD.

Mosope Owasanoye has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Coventry University, where they studied Law. From 2013 to 2014, they attended the Nigerian Law School and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law. In 2015, they received a Certification in Directing from Met Film School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the CIIN Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (AIIN), Met Film School (DIRECTING), Nigerian Law School (Law), and Lean Consulting (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification).
