Zahra Farivar

Zahra Farivar is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Manager at Toranj Capital since February 2023 and as a University Lecturer at the University of Tehran's Kish Campus since August 2020. In addition, Zahra Farivar has been a Professor of Law at Islamic Azad University since January 2012, teaching Contract Law, Commercial Law, and Economic Law at the Master’s level. Previous roles include Head of International Agreement at the Legal Vice Presidency of Iran from March 2020 to December 2021, Legal Manager at Bonda Group, and Senior Legal Advisor positions at the Ministry of Culture & Islamic Guidance and the Oil & Gas Development & Engineering Mohamadian Co. An academic background includes a Master of Laws in International Economic & Commercial Law and ongoing Doctor of Philosophy studies in Private Law at the University of Tehran.
