Parichat Santapun

Parichat Santapun has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. From 2018-2019, they were a Secretary at MINDS Wesleyan, where they co-composed the MINDS-Wesleyan social media pages and collaborated with the Counseling and Psychological Services to facilitate peer mental health support groups. In 2019, they were a Research Intern at Nordic Psychology, where they interpreted client feedback, corresponded between clients and software engineers, and co-created the company's website and social media pages. In 2020, they were a Residential Advisor/Mental Health Intern at Gould Farm, where they provided in-person and virtual case management to mental health clients and established the technical solutions branch. In 2021, they were a Customer Success Analyst at Ambra Health, where they were a member of the Ambra Analyst program, served as the first point of technical support to 40 clients weekly, and customized client accounts via the Ambra Health UI and API. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Analyst at Torch Technology.

Parichat Santapun obtained a High School Diploma from Tulane University in 2015. In 2016, they began their Bachelor of Arts - BA at Wesleyan University, majoring in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Science in Society Program. In 2019, they attended Khon Kaen University to study Public Health. Parichat also obtained a Consulting Training Program Certificate from Consulting Pathways in December 2020, a CPR/AED Certification from the American Heart Association in 2019, and an Emergency Management Institute: NIMS 100, 200, 360, 700, 5.A Certificate from FEMA in 2019.
