Kathryn Ost

Kathryn Ost has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Kathryn began their career as a Manager at Isla Vista Market. In 2011, they worked as a Stress Management Consultant at UC Santa Barbara and as a Clinical Research Assistant at Gevirtz Graduate School of Education. Kathryn also served as an Orientation Leader at UC Education Abroad Program. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Glassdoor in various roles including Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, Customer Success, and Manager, Customer Success. In 2021, they began working at Apptio as a Sr. Manager, Global Customer Success Operations. Kathryn currently works at Torch as a Manager, Customer Operations & Strategy.

Kathryn Ost obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 2012. Kathryn also studied French Language and Literature at University of Bordeaux-Michel de Montaigne in 2010. In 2019, they obtained a Lucidchart Essentials certification from Lucid and an Open Water Diver certification from PADI.
