Derek Leung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Billing and Accounts Receivable Operations at Toronto Hydro, Derek oversees customer accounts receivable operations and develops strategies to enhance revenue assurance processes. Previously, as General Manager of Financial Systems & Technology at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, Derek implemented technology solutions and led audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
