Marissa Tedesco

Marissa Tedesco, MIRHR, is an experienced professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Manager at Toronto Hydro since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marissa held various positions at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from January 2019 to September 2022, including Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Marissa also contributed to academic development as a Teaching Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University from January 2017 to May 2018, leading seminars and fostering student engagement. Marissa holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Diversity and Equity Studies, Human Resources, and Sociology from Toronto Metropolitan University (2013-2017).
