Arlene Yam Fritz, MBA, CHRL, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Transformation at Toronto Parking Authority, a role held since 2016. In addition, Arlene holds the position of President at Stratema Inc, specializing in Human Resources Management consulting.
