Jens Biebach

Jens Biebach is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in power electronics and electric propulsion systems. Currently serving as an Engineering Fellow at Torqeedo since January 2020, Jens previously held the role of VP R&D at Torqeedo GmbH from September 2010 to January 2020, where responsibilities included R&D management and project management for high voltage technology in boat propulsion systems. Prior experience includes leading the Power Electronics Group at L-3 Magnet Motor GmbH and working as a Power Electronics Specialist at both AOA Apparatebau Gauting and Gründl und Hoffmann GmbH. Jens Biebach holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, earned between 1984 and 1989.
