Randi Conner Drake has a diverse range of work experience in the field of customer success, sports and entertainment, and strategic marketing. Randi currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Engine Media, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, Randi worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at Sideqik, which was later acquired by Engine Media in 2019.
Before joining Sideqik, Randi served as the Vice President of Sports and Entertainment at Momentum Worldwide from May 2017 to February 2019. In these positions, they managed cross-functional teams, developed program strategies and executional plans for integrated campaigns, and forged innovative partnerships with media, sports, and entertainment rights holders.
Earlier in their career, Randi worked at ignition inc. as a Senior Account Manager and Brand Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented global strategic marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies, delivered impactful ROI positive programs, and spearheaded business development.
Randi's professional journey started at the University of Georgia Foundation, where they worked as a Student Worker. Randi handled communication and management activities for the UGA Board of Trustees, developed communication materials, and organized events.
