Bindu Shah is the EVP, Global Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Digital Officer at Tory Burch. Prior to this, they were the VP, Digital Marketing & Media at Sephora from December 2014 to May 2019. There, they drove brand engagement, omnichannel sales, customer acquisition and retention through management of all online and offline marketing channels as well as entire media budget for Sephora. Shah led a team of marketing professionals across brand media, influencers, partnerships, SEO, SEM, display, affiliates, social/video, email, mobile, community/UGC, distributed commerce, and integrated strategy.

Before Sephora, Shah was the VP, Analytics, Marketing, and Innovation at Gilt.com from January 2011 to November 2014. There they managed three teams within Marketing, including Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and Innovation. The Analytics team included Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights and Research, and Customer Lifecycle Management and led analysis and insights to support critical marketing channel, product technology, and merchandising investment decisions. The Integrated Marketing team led cross-channel marketing strategies and execution for Women’s, Men’s, Home, and Kids divisions. The goal of the newly launched Innovation team was to drive customer acquisition through new branded content and socially relevant distribution channels.

Bindu Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Barnard College.

Bindu Shah reports to Pierre-Yves Roussel, CEO. They work with Keisha Smith-Jeremie - Chief People Officer, Reepal Shah - Chief Treasury Officer and Corporate Development, and Stefano Sutter - President, Europe and Middle East.
